The Stollen are made completely from scratch, with real, organic ingredients including soft yellow European flour, which is not enriched, bleached or fortified and so much easier to digest!! - and come beautifully and securely packaged! The Marzipan Stollen can be stored for many weeks at a cool temperature (ideally 10-15°C, not in the fridge) to develop an even deeper flavour! The Poppyseed Stollen should be consumed within 7-10 days. (If it lasts that long!) It freezes really well!
